Kroenke Stadium Services a member of Altitude Analytics family of companies, Cookie Policy
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
This Cookie Policy (the "Policy") explains how Kroenke Stadium Services, a member of the Altitude Analytics family of companies ("Altitude Analytics"), each of which is listed here (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our websites, mobile apps, and other online services that link to this Policy (the "Services").
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which provides additional information about our data practices and your privacy rights.
The Cookies We Use
We use a range of technologies, including cookies, pixels, and subsets of each, such as web beacons, software development kits ("SDKs"), and script trackers, to collect information when you use our Services to help us operate, secure, and optimize the Services.
- Cookies are text files that websites store on a visitor's device to uniquely identify the visitor's browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, helping us understand user activity and patterns, and facilitating online advertising. They can typically only be read by the domain that set them, and they may be persistent (remain on your device for a defined period) or session-based (deleted when you close your browser).
- Pixels are small pieces of code embedded on our Services or in our communications that enable us to record certain actions, such as page views, ad impressions, purchases, and video viewing activity. Pixels may read or set cookies and can be used in conjunction with cookies to recognize your device across websites and services.
These technologies may be set by us or by third-party providers on our behalf. We refer to these technologies collectively as "Cookies" in this Policy. We use the following three categories of Cookies:
- Performance and Analytics. These Cookies, such as CleverTap, help us understand how the Services are used, including which pages are visited, how users navigate, error diagnostics, and performance metrics. We use this information to improve the user experience and our content. Depending on the provider and configuration, analytics data may be pseudonymized or linked to identifiers. Aggregated analytics are shared with service providers who help us analyze and improve the Services. These Cookies also allow the Services to remember choices you make (such as language, region, or your preferences) and provide enhanced, more personalized features and content. If you disable these Cookies, portions of the Services may not function as intended.
- Strictly Necessary. These Cookies are essential to enable the Services and their features, such as page navigation, access to secure areas, and core functionality (such as ticketing, cart functionality, and account login). They also support security, fraud prevention, and system integrity. Because they are necessary for the Services to function, they do not require consent and cannot be disabled through our preference tools. Your browser settings may block these Cookies, but parts of the Services may not work if these Cookies are blocked.
- Targeted Advertising. These Cookies collect information about your browsing to deliver advertising that is more relevant to your interests, limit how often you see an ad, measure ad performance, and enable ad attribution. They may be set by us or our advertising partners and may be used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on our Services or on other sites and apps. If you interact with social media features, the social media platform may set Cookies according to its own privacy policies. If you disable these Cookies, you may experience less relevant or targeted advertising.
Why We Use Cookies
We use Cookies for a variety of reasons:
- We recognize returning users, remember your settings and preferences, and maintain your session.
- We assign and associate session or transaction IDs with your activity to enable core functionality such as ticketing, checkout, authentication, and fraud prevention.
- We enhance security by detecting and mitigating threats, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- We measure usage of our Services, diagnose errors, and improve performance, design, and content.
- We personalize content and offers, and we tailor, measure, and improve the relevance and effectiveness of advertising on our Services and on third-party sites and apps.
- We measure and understand engagement with our video content, including whether and how long you watch a video, whether you pause or replay, and related interactions, as described below.
Pixels and Video Viewing Activity
Video analytics and viewing pixels track interactions with video and audio content, such as play, pause, seek, mute/unmute, volume changes, buffering, time watched, completion, and quality metrics (such as resolution or bitrate). These pixels may also record content identifiers (such as titles or IDs) to measure performance, personalize recommendations, and improve streaming experiences.
When video viewing activity is paired with information that identifies you, we obtain the required consent, including as applicable under the Video Privacy Protection Act ("VPPA") and related laws, before sharing the video viewing activity and identifying information with our affiliates, partners, and service providers for analytics, functionality, and targeted advertising purposes.
If you have consented to the sharing of your video viewing activity, please see this link for details about third parties with whom your video viewing activity will be disclosed.
